Al has over 25 years experience in logistics, warehousing and distribution. Al is experienced in hazardous materials and safety issues associated with transportation, hazardous waste and cold/dry distribution and warehousing. In the U.S. Air Force, Al was a Hazardous Materials Focal Point, directly involved in the negotiation of and resolution of hazardous materials transportation issues occurring in both the U.S. and Germany. There he also conducted cargo and hazardous materials training. As Dillons' Western Distribution Center manager and Regulatory Compliance and Traning Manager, Al managed warehouse workers, safety issues and hazardous materials training. Al has an A.S. in Logistic Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
