Carter H. Moser, CHMM
Carter has over 30 years experience as an instructor in environmental, health and safety compliance, industrial engineering and QA/QC. He also has over 20 years experience as a naval aviator, which included roles as a carrier combat pilot, flight and academic instructor and commander. Carter has a M.S. in Engineering Applications from the USAF Institute of Technology, a M.A. in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a B.S. in Engineering from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. He is also a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).
