Karen Baxter has over 17 years experience in the transportation of hazardous materials by ground, air and maritime methods. Along with teaching DOT and IATA courses for iSi, Karen also develops the iSi training programs for 49 CFR, IATA and IMDG. Karen has a B.S. in Biological Sciences, a Chemistry Minor from Wichita State University and is certified in the following hazardous materials courses: 49 CFR, International Air Transportation Association (IATA), International Maritime Organization (IMO), International Civil Air Organization (ICAO), AFJM24-204 Military Air Transportation, ADR (European agreement concerning international carriage of dangerous goods by road) and Performance Oriented Packaging.
