How to Register for Training

- Payment
- All payments for classes must be made on or before the day of the class. Checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express are all accepted.
- Location
- All classes will be held at the iSi Training Center at 215 South Laura in Wichita, Kansas. [get directions] Parking and the entrance to the training center is located on the north side of the building, off English Street. If you have questions, please call us at (316) 264-7050.
- Hotel Information
- iSi has special rates with the Broadview Hotel and Hotel at Old Town [get information].
- Cancellations/Substitutions
- Cancellations received 6-10 working days before the class date will receive a 50% refund (or be invoiced 50% if payment has not been received). Cancellations received 5 working days or less before the scheduled class date receive no refund (or will be invoiced 100%). Substitutions are welcome. Each class we offer is subject to minimum attendance requirements, so we reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. If we cancel a class, we will refund all enrollment fees or credit them to the next scheduled class – your choice.
- Continuing Education Credit
- Continuing education units (CEUs) are given with each regularly scheduled course. They are printed on each student certificate. Our system awards 0.1 CEU for each hour of class time. We also print the number of hours covered in the class. However, if you are applying CEUs to a certification, the certifying organization may award you more (or less) continuing education credits, based on their policies. Check with your organization for specific policies.
- Onsite/Larger Group Training
- If you have a group that needs any of these classes throughout the year, you can schedule a class to be held at your own facility or elsewhere. Click here to request a price quote.
